In this course students will study the anatomy, physiology, and reproduction of plants and then apply that knowledge of plants in the growth and reproduction of various plants in the greenhouse. Environmental factors that affect plant growth and soils are also covered. Student projects will include indoor plant design, plant propagation, composting, soil testing and hydroponics.
