Learn how to effectively care for and manage common large animal species.  Study will include the traditional animals in production agriculture - cattle, hogs, sheep and the nontraditional horse.  Study will focus on anatomy and physiology, breeds, health care, feeding, handling, reproduction, marketing and impact on our society.
